As Owners Corporation Manager It Is Our Responsibility To Ensure:

The Owners Corporation common areas are maintained to the highest standards

Conduct Annual Meetings as required by the Owners Corporation Act  and the Owners Corporation Regulations

Issue invoices for fees and receipt of all payments

Administer accounts, including debt collection

All legal requirements are met, including an up to date Owners Corporation Register

Rules and Regulations are adhered to by residents and owners

Compliance of insurance requirements

Process and manage insurance claims

Carry out regular property inspections

Our trades’ people are all professional and specialists in their field – all tradespeople must carry their own public liability insurance.

Act & Regulations

Under the Owners Corporations Act 2006 & Regulations 2007 an Owners Corporation must;

Carry a minimum of $20,000,000 public liability insurance to the common area.

Have reinstatement insurance cover on all buildings.

Ensure compliance of the Owners Corporation by conducting an Annual General Meeting.

Meet all requirements of the Owners Corporation Act(2006).

As the appointed Owners Corporations Manager, BDeL Body Corporate Management South East will assist and guide you through the necessary requirements to ensure your Owners Corporation meets the requirements of the Owners Corporation Act 2006.

Act & Regulations
